It’s been a very long time since I’ve posted. To anyone who cares, I’ll say that I’m sorry!
I still might post occasionally, but I think that I’m going to take a new direction. Instead of posting what I like and delicious meals that I’ve had, I’m only going to post the bad. I’m not going to even bother posting about the mediocre, just the food and experiences that have been utter crap for one reason or another.
My first rant should becoming later this week. Stay tuned!

I know that it has been well over a month since my last post. I’ve been a bit busy and am working on another food related project. eatanddestroy hasn’t gone anywhere, but I’ll probably be posting even less than usual over the next few months.
For my first post in quite a long time, I was going to tell you about my trip to Excelsior on Saturday. However, I just read that we were some of the last to dine there since the restaurant ended up closing just hours after we left. So, I guess that I’m not going to bore you with the tasty details.
Here’s the info on Excelsior:

PK & I just got back from vacation. For the last two weeks, we were busy enjoying way too many Rotis, Doubles, Aloo Pies, Coconut Pies, Potato Pies, Shark & Bakes, and so much more while we were in Trinidad & Tobago.
Oh, and for any addicts of the cocktails at Spring Blossom, I am sad to report that they sold their liquor license. They are still serving food, but no more delicious, dirt cheap drinks.

I decided that it’s time for eatanddestroy to start Twittering. A few times a week, I am going to use Twitter to talk about what I am eating or what I am thinking about eating. So, if you care about the food that is going into my belly, subscribe to my Twitter page. If you don’t want to do that, you can read my most recent Tweets on the sidebar of my blog.

Like many others, Thanksgiving is my favorite eating holiday, but my Thanksgiving meal has nothing to do with turkey. Since PK and I have been together, she has had to work on this holiday so we started our own Thanksgiving tradition centered around very spicy food from Duk Bua and watching horror movies until well into the morning.
If anyone has any Duk Bua or horror movie recommendations, please post them or email me.
I will be posting a review of our feast next week.
Have a good holiday!

My days of working fulltime while getting a Masters degree are over. I just finished up my coursework for my MLS. So, PK and I decided to take a vacation and go visit my brother in LA to eat some good food and spend a few days surfing. I won’t be posting for about a week. While I am gone, check out Boston’s newest food blog, Boston Chomps

I just wanted to post about a new blog that I just found out about. (Actually, I just found out about it because they linked to my Zon’s review.) It is Boston Cocktails. The blog is brought to you by the person (or people) from Left Center Left.
So far, they only have a few posts, but it looks like they are off to a great start, and have already posted a few drink recipes that I cannot wait to try.

Eat and Destroy is only a few weeks old and I am amazed by the number of regular readers and new visitors who are checking out this blog each day. I also wanted to thank Bossanova, Nedward, Left Center Left, and H20info for discovering and posting about Eat and Destroy.
In the next week, we will have a new header design and reports from The Hong Kong Eatery, Iruna, and Punjabi Dhaba.
