It sounds like a nice cocktail, and the only other thing I know how to do with Maraschino is make Aviations (similar, but gin, not vodka, more of it, and no simple syrup). The lamb burger is amazing. They used to do a brunch and they had the best home made corned beef hash there that I had ever tasted. Good choice.
